Same instructions apply.
The key difference here is that this works to give you the effect of having been exposed to your chosen audios (placed in your Talisman folder) for an extended period of time - hence creating an 'end state effect'.
As usual we recommend that you start with just a few audios placed in your Talisman Folder along with this file (for the purpose of broadcasting their energy reality at a distance) and then build it up slowly over time.
