Charisma, charm, and the ability to attract people who always stand out from the crowd. Does charisma help them and is it possible to develop this quality in oneself so as to influence someone? Not a bad description of the phenomenon is given by sociologist Max Weber, Professor John Antonakis, as well as the authors of books on charisma Olivia Cabane and Daniel Goleman (legendary author of books on emotional intelligence).

When a person emanates a force that attracts looks and interest, there is probably a special set of character traits and qualities in him. In general, charisma is usually called the ability of a particular person, which is based on intellectual, spiritual and leadership experience, the ability to find the key to the hearts and minds of a large number of people. At the heart of this attraction - a set of psycho-emotional abilities that are not associated with the appearance, but are felt as an elusive flair, enveloping the man himself and those who interact with him. A person who possesses this gift is considered gifted and unique. There are other definitions of charisma, but their essence is the same: it is impossible not to notice such a person and remain indifferent to him. By the way, in translation from the ancient Greek 'charisma' means 'gift', 'anointing', 'grace'. Such meanings hint that such a quality is given to a person from God (also, the ancient Greek goddesses of beauty, grace and elegance were called charitas). In spiritual culture it is believed that charisma is given to a person endowed with a special mission.

Scientists say that charismatics always have the ability to live the current moment of life, concentrating on the interlocutor, strength and warmth that heats the people around them. Such a person is able to attract attention and influence others with one look, word, movement and appearance (or a combination of all the qualities). An important role is played by verbal and non-verbal signals of such a person, which also become an energy magnet. In modern life, persons with this quality are able to reach incredible heights.

Daniel Goleman in his book "Emotional Intelligence. Why it can mean more than IQ" states that charismatic people are more likely to succeed, they are trusted with projects, teams, business. Charisma helps to quickly establish contact with people and get the right actions and decisions from them (and this is due to the fact that people around them believe in them, being convinced of their strength, intelligence and charm, ability to become an example for others. People want to be with a charismatic person, to communicate, to be considered, to work with him/her on one task and to fulfill assignments, as he/she becomes an unquestionable authority for them).

This field will create a certain aura, cultivate and integrate the appropriate qualities of character in the user: strength, warmth and concentration on the moment, emotional intelligence, the ability to consciously react to any events and people, making them feel unique, understood, important; smartness, responsiveness, and what is not unimportant - a sense of humor. This is a system of energetic training over self-presentation (bright display of emotions, smile, confident posture, ect.); these are the skills of establishing contacts with people, which will help the interlocutor to feel important, necessary and interesting (for example, rapport - imitation of the behavior of the interlocutor, which subconsciously disposes to more trusting communication); oratory, etc.

This is how strong neural connections should be formed in the brain, creating a new personality, brighter, more confident and stronger. The concept of The Essence of divine beauty is also fully assimilated in the field.

Divine beauty is the creative cause, meaning and goal of all that is pure, the pattern, ideal and limit of all that is beautiful. The beauty of nature, beautiful people and beautiful things always point to the One who lies beyond the created world - to God. Through the visible and tangible they testify to the presence of the invisible. The human capacity to comprehend beauty, both created and divine, involves much more than subjective "aesthetic" preferences. At the level of the spirit, beauty coexists with truth. Beauty can be spoken of as a manifestation of the presence and Power of God.
